I love Zara as much as the next person, but as with any store, you may run into problems with your order.
Whether it’s a missed delivery or a poor store experience, situations may arise that require you to get in touch with the brand directly – so how do you do that?
Many fashion retailers avoid sharing their contact details with you to avoid being inundated with calls, which can make the whole process much more painstaking and slow.

Wear next may earn commission if you click a link from one of our articles on to a retail website. Read more about how we choose our products.
There’s a few different ways to get in touch with the team at Zara.
You can chat with a customer service advisor online using the Chat feature, or you can call 0800 030 4238 to speak with them directly.
The UK lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 7.30pm. On Saturdays, they’re available from 10am to 4pm and the lines are closed on a Sunday.
Lastly, you can contact Zara via their dedicated social media profiles on Facebook and Twitter.
If the above methods aren’t for you, you can try email.
You can find the relevant email address on your country’s dedicated Zara website. In the UK, you can email files.uk@zara.com if you want to complain. In Australia, the email address is contact.au@zara.com.
If you have a complaint, the best way is to get in touch with a customer service provider via any of the methods laid out above.
Unfortunately, Zara’s chat service is unavailable in South Africa, and they don’t give a telephone number. If you want to get in touch with them, you’ll need to do it via the social media profiles listed above.
If you find yourself a couple of quid short after receiving your refund, it might be because the brand now charge for online returns.
If you send your online order back, you’ll now be charged £1.95 and this cost is deducted off the total refunded to your payment method.
If you’d rather not waste the money, you can return your order in-store free of charge.
You have 30 days to return your item and you will get a refund. However, items should have all tags attached and be in perfect condition.
It takes about 2 weeks to receive a refund. If it goes beyond 14 days, you can contact the company or your bank if you want a speedy process. If you choose to contact your bank, make sure to show them the confirmation email from Zara about the refund.
Zara provides two types of gift cards: electronic and physical. E-gift cards are delivered through email, while physical cards are purchased in-store.
If you received the gift card in-store, activation can be done during checkout. When shopping online, go to the gift card activation page on Zara’s website and complete the form.
Zara provides express delivery services.
If you live in London, the quickest delivery option is same-day delivery. Orders must be placed before 2 pm any day of the week and are subject to a fee of £7.95.
If you reside outside of London but within the UK, next-day delivery is available for a fee of £4.95.
Alternatively, you can select Delivery in 2-3 Working Days for a cheaper rate of 3.95 GBP. If you’re looking to save on delivery charges, orders that include non-discounted items worth over 50 GBP will be eligible for free shipping.
